Mike, the owner of New Outlook, first acquired a general contractor's license in 1978 after years as a carpenter. After 12 years of residential building and remodeling, New Outlook was formed in 1991 to specialize in window and door related projects. We have honed our skills over the last 15 years and are ready for whatever challenges your window and door remodel project might present.
